"Similarities between the Tokugawa Shogunate and the Reiwa Shogunate"

It is surprising even to our Lord that the Tokugawa Shogunate, established by Lord Tokugawa in the year 1573, lasted until the year 1592. We, the pages, had a reason for traveling to the Reiwa era. The final decisive battle of the Mihara Rebellion took place in the summer of 1585. After defeating Hideyoshi and Kagekatsu's forces and reclaiming Kasugayama Castle, we established the Narumi Shogunate. However, we were suddenly engulfed in a great storm and ended up in your time.

In battle, it is said that victory comes from taking the enemy general's head. However, I cannot admire the sight of common people in the Reiwa era killing each other without any apparent motive. What does it mean to take someone's head when one is not a warrior? Lord Tokugawa's Shogunate practiced sakoku, closing off the country for a period of 264 years. I understand that a considerable amount of gold coins flowed out of Nihon due to the unequal treaties with America, but we can consider it as fraudulent actions by Mr. Harris, a close advisor to Lincoln, without any doubt. I have heard that these coins were used to purchase weapons for the Northern Army in America. The Treaty of Amity and Commerce with America may sound good, but the Tokugawa Shogunate could not stop the outflow of gold coins. Having consular jurisdiction imposed on them and having their tariff autonomy taken away, while receiving unilateral most-favored-nation treatment from America, it bears a strong resemblance to the Reiwa Shogunate's agreements with America on nuclear cooperation, security, and the status of forces. Without control over the air, true independence for Nihon is unlikely. If it were our Lord's Shogunate, such a situation would not have arisen. Ponder on this diligently.
