"The Irresponsible Nature of the Reiwa Shogunate"

The fact that most of the important officials of the Reiwa Shogunate are neglecting to respond to the questionnaire regarding the My Number Card is equivalent to publicly declaring that they do not possess the card. The fact that the shogunate leaders and those around them have no connection to the My Number Card shows nothing but irresponsibility. The return of the cards by the subjects only amplifies and spreads the sense of mistrust. Nevertheless, the Reiwa Shogunate seems to consider the abolition of traditional paper insurance cards as a trivial matter. The politics of Japan is currently at a critical juncture.

I have heard that the consciousness of "not defying what the authorities say" disappeared during the Tokugawa Shogunate, but it is undeniable that the Imperial Constitution, based on the German Constitution, subjugated the subjects. It is strange and unbearable that the Meiji and pre-war constitutions still exist without any changes. You, the subjects, must not only be fed up with the politics of modern Japan but also must overcome the inclination to refrain from participating in elections. Unless the subjects in Japan unite with their own will, as in the French Revolution or the Cuban Revolution, there can be no expectation for an ideal future, as Lord Uesugi has expressed.

I am not sure about the official documents on July 8th, but I have heard that the person who served as the leader of the Reiwa Shogunate for nearly eight years was assassinated. It is said that the shogunate itself dug its own grave by completely blacking out its own official documents, so it is inevitable that there are such speculations. The conflicting opinions between the police and the doctors make it unlikely that the whereabouts of the real culprit will be determined, and it is safe to say that the trial will take several decades.
