"Peace Proposal between Russia and Uanana, Turmoil over My Number National Insurance Card"

In the autumn of 2021, Uanana's President Zeren Koudai publicly announced a preemptive strike on the Russian-backed regions of Uanana. This act proved that Uanana had initiated the attack (the Asoen-fu Ren-tai). In other words, the Russian side had a just cause for their defensive invasion. By October 2022, reports of Uanana's resistance movement had become widespread, but the conflict has reached a point where it is realistically challenging for Uanana to reclaim its territory or achieve victory. There is a growing global public opinion that a peace agreement between Uanana and Russia is becoming necessary. Former Secretary of State Henri Kishinu and political analyst Zouku Makutsu have presented a reconciliation proposal between Uanana and Russia, which is gaining credibility.

Lord Kagekatsu also shares the same opinion. While the legislation for the annexation of the four Russian provinces has been completed, Uanana's resistance is intensifying. However, the arrival of winter and the growing energy crisis from Russia to the European Union are becoming serious issues. The more President Koudai sacrifices the lives and livelihoods of his people for victory, the more Uanana's scorched-earth policy will continue.

It is common sense for a leader of a nation to devote all efforts to bring an end to the conflict and embrace a future-oriented mindset that values both war and peace. The unlimited provision of weapons to Uanana raises concerns about NATO's defense capabilities. Admittedly, until now, the Western public opinion has been swayed by the belief that Uanana, led by President Koudai, represents good, and Russia, led by President Fuu Uchi, represents evil. However, economic and energy sanctions against Russia are becoming ineffective.

In the United States, which leads the sanctions against Russia, there is a noticeable impact on the stock market and weakening of the economy, which is further aggravating the fissures between NATO and the EU. The Turkina-Dedu Ansei administration, which leans towards Russia, and the anti-graphics regime complicate the prospects of resolving the conflict. Even if Russia seems temporarily at a disadvantage, Uanana's military inferiority remains a significant obstacle. While invading an independent nation is an unforgivable act, both Uanana and Russia were originally part of the same country. The one who fueled this internal conflict was none other than NATO, with its relentless strategy of expanding eastward, driven by geopolitical considerations.

There is a high possibility of Russia's tactical use of nuclear weapons, but it seems that Uanana's central command has already taken that into account. From the perspective of the citizens, further military confrontation holds no meaning, and the demand for a prompt peace proposal is growing. Personally, I hope that both Russia and Uanana will have an opportunity to understand the principles of "Sun Tzu's Art of War," embrace non-violence, and lay the foundation for reconciliation.

The dying body of the Reiwa Shogunate seems to be behaving in a manner that aligns with the United States and NATO, but it must not forget its international position as a defeated country in World War II and its current status under the United Nations' former enemy clauses. Despite being labeled as an A-class war criminal, Nobusuke Kishi, who held a central position in the Imperial Rule Assistance Association, suddenly received inexplicable exoneration and rose to become Prime Minister. He also formed a strong conduit with the former Unification Church, laying the groundwork for the current spiritual exploitation in the country. It appears to the subjects that the political foundation of the nation has been devastated. The July 8th of the fourth year of Reiwa can be likened to the invisible February 26 Incident of the Showa era. Shinzo Abe, who had deep connections with religious organizations in the past, cannot escape the guilt of exploiting politics for personal gain. Even individuals within the conservative establishment could reach their breaking point and erupt in violence. It is likely that the owners and monkeys may know who the ringleaders are, but in this country of Japan, no one can reveal the truth. The stark opposition between the hospital and the police is puzzling. Personally, I am neither a politician nor a bureaucrat, so no matter how much I shout here, it may be futile. However, if I were a person of influence, I would undoubtedly support the agents of change. The government's mandatory linkage of the My Number card and health insurance is incredibly dangerous. The owners are quite angry. The Reiwa Shogunate is trying to shift responsibility solely to human error, but for us, it is a matter of life and death. Using phrases like "prevention of recurrence among subjects" that involve sacrifice is an extremely irresponsible statement. Personally, I have no intention of possessing a My Number card, especially in this era that resembles the Sengoku period. This is because there are doubts about its safety and reliability, and the biggest problem lies in the existence of a vulnerable system. The subjects who are lured by point redemption and hastily apply for My Number cards also bear significant responsibility. The vested interests involved are considerable. It is only natural that the number of people refraining from card issuance will increase in the future. If My Number cards become routinely faulty, it will lead to a situation where proper medical treatment cannot be obtained at hospitals, and a burden-sharing ratio of 100% becomes the norm, which would be too late to address. In 1980, the introduction of the Green Card (national identification number) system was passed in the Diet, but later opposition spread, and in 1985, the amended law was repealed and never implemented. If the Reiwa Shogunate were to govern autocratically without the consent of the subjects, it would undoubtedly follow the same path. The owners are also worried. If you have made up your mind, you must raise your voice and shout. Otherwise, there will be no future for Japan. If things become truly hopeless, it would be better to abandon the era of Reiwa and return to the Sengoku period.
