◆Year 451 of the Tenshō Era, May 11th
"The 'Lame Duck' Reiwa Shogunate"
According to the Reiwa Shogunate, rumors have spread
that NATO's liaison office will be established in Edo, intending to use the
taxes for post-disaster reconstruction to fund warfare. They seem unconcerned
about punishing the former Unification Church. What in the world is the meaning
of this? Surely our lord will not allow it. By joining forces with the
archenemy Nobunaga-dono, just like in the era of the Three Kingdoms when Sun
Quan and Cao Cao allied to defeat Liu Bei, we must prepare for war in the Reiwa
era, or else our hunger will never be satisfied. The governance of the Sengoku
era was impossible without resolute righteousness. Why can't it be achieved in
the Reiwa era? A thief broke into a high-end watch shop in Ginza, but I feel
ashamed for the young people of the Reiwa era. The Land of the Rising Sun is
undoubtedly a vassal state of America, under the control of the Bantenren.
Major newspapers and so-called experts (though this term is devoid of meaning)
unanimously contribute to the loss of our identity.
Days pass by, where we only gaze upon shabby TV
programs. Can't something be done about it? I understand the sentiment of the
subjects who have no desire to watch the drama titled "Whatever Ieyasu
Does." The peculiar title and the script without an original source are
clearly becoming a victim of its own demise. At the very least, historical
accuracy must be properly reflected, and even as a work of fiction, it must be
satisfying to the viewers. We must monitor whether the Reiwa Shogunate is
implementing a governance that the subjects can accept, along with our lord and
Nobunaga-dono. Truly, it is a vexing situation.
