★This video is about the crash of JAL Flight 123 that occurred on August 12, 1985. The accident report prepared by the specialized accident investigation committee has too many inconsistencies, and citizens are suspicious. When will the souls and bereaved families of the 498 Japanese and 22 foreigners find peace? There is a tendency for those who defend the perpetrators to scold those who have no choice but to look for conspiracy theories and those who preach the need to restart an uncertain investigation, but first of all, we need your emotional support as our friends around the world to request full disclosure of the CVR and a reinvestigation and to clarify the truth. On August 12, 1985, 520 people fell victim to the JAL123 aircraft accident on the ridge of Mount Osutaka. 22 foreigners were killed. The complete disclosure of the original voice recorder would solve everything, but that has not yet happened. This is because the Japanese government stubbornly refuses to disclose the information. I don't know why, but in Japan, the judicial powers join forces with the administrative powers to not reveal it to the public as if it were a top secret matter. What do the foreign surviving families think? The accident investigation report is full of contradictions, and a reinvestigation is naturally blocked by a thick wall of power. Therefore, I think it is only a matter of time before the conspiracy theory gains a position as fact. The Japanese and foreign surviving families of the victims must work together to appeal to the world for the complete disclosure of the CVR, and the only way to resolve this is to apply external pressure on the Japanese government. The Japan-US Joint Committee, the successor to GHQ, meets twice a month and the minutes are not made public. Even at the time of the accident, Japan and the US must have been discussing how to respond. Even if joint Japanese-American fighter jet training (possibly top secret) was taking place, it could not be made public in the media. There were two Phantoms with Japanese and American training pilots on board, and it is highly likely that one of them made a mistake or grazed the tail of the other due to unfamiliar flying. Instead of the Self-Defense Forces' Phantoms being unable to fly in Yokota airspace, a Phantom from Yokota Air Base would take turns to follow Flight 123, which was preparing for an emergency landing. Or, the Self-Defense Forces' Phantom would follow Flight 123 with the consent of Yokota Air Base. Such a situation is quite plausible. If the US military and the Self-Defense Forces were to conduct joint exercises in Yokota airspace, the issue of extraterritoriality would disappear. I believe that there would definitely be records of communication between JAL Flight 123 and the Phantoms on the CVR from the early stages. This is probably why the CVR (cockpit voice recorder) cannot be fully released even now. Japan's judicial authorities have not fulfilled their responsibilities under the separation of powers. The situation was such that the three cockpit occupants who shared the circumstances of the crash (incident) had to be dealt with (machine gun fire on the fourth engine) and the remaining tail section had to be retrieved by a joint Japan-US effort (or by the Self-Defense Forces to destroy evidence). This will solve the mystery of the mysterious 16 hours of blankness at the crash site (before it was made public in the media). There is a possibility that the testimonies (anti-conspiracy theories) that sided with the perpetrators were biased and distorted the truth. It doesn't make sense that Boeing's investigation was limited to the pressure bulkhead.

The accident investigation report for JAL123 has already been made public and the cause of the accident has been identified, but about half of the CVR (cockpit voice recorder) audio was cut and there are many unnatural parts, so the truth has not yet been revealed. In the trial in which the bereaved family demanded full disclosure of the voice recorder, the appeal was dismissed for reasons that are incomprehensible by the high court. The original CVR is owned by the government and seems to be kept by JAL. In aircraft accidents around the world, thorough investigations into the causes are carried out, but in the case of JAL123, why are JAL and the government stubbornly refusing to investigate the truth? With this, no one can complain even if conspiracy theories take on a life of their own. The side that refuses must have a reason for not revealing the truth to the bereaved family. The meetings of the Japan-US Joint Committee, which are held twice a month, are positioned as supranational, and there is no way to know how they acted at the time because they are not open to the public. In that case, the only option is to fill the moat with external pressure. With the support of media (individuals and organizations) from around the world, we have no choice but to request the Japanese government to disclose the voice recorder and uncover the truth. The source of the truth may have a significant impact on Japan-US relations. There is no doubt that this is a serious matter that the then Prime Minister, Nakasone, would take to his grave, but 2025 will mark exactly 40 years since the accident. It is about time that the ban on full disclosure of the original voice recorder is lifted. The Japanese government should remember that the victims and their families are still living difficult days. In order to arrive at the truth, it is important to accumulate evidence, but we must also look at circumstantial evidence such as whistleblowers, testimonies, and eyewitnesses. If the fabricated evidence does not match the CVR or flight recorder, we will not arrive at the truth. The cut, edited, and fabricated CVR (32 minutes and 16 seconds from 18:24:12 to 18:56:28) is insufficient to be consistent with the route. It is assumed that there was communication between the cockpit, STW and passengers in the cut part and before 18:24:12. At 18:24:35, an impact sound occurred in the aircraft and the captain issued a squawk 77 without assessing the situation. It seems too unnatural to issue a squawk 77 before confirming the situation such as loss of control. At 18:24, the STW asks the cockpit, "Someone wants to... Is that okay?", but the STW says, "Be careful (co-pilot)," "Then be careful (flight engineer)," "Quickly (co-pilot)," and "Yes, thank you." The flight engineer emphasizes, "Please be careful." It is also possible to assume that the captain had a premonition of issuing a squawk 77 before the STW call. Eight minutes after taking off at 18:12, JAL123's flight stabilized and the seat belts were turned off, but the captain, STW, and some of the passengers saw a flying object (either a training missile from a Phantom or a high-speed fighter jet itself) approaching JAL123 at high speed, so the captain made sure to inform everyone to fasten their seat belts just in case of an emergency. There must have been a squawk 77 ready to be issued at any time. The most likely sound was the sound of a collision with the vertical tail caused by a mistaken shot from a Phantom near the Yokota airspace. There is a possibility that the Phantom and JAL123 had multiple emergency communications. There should have been communication with Yokota Air Base at an early stage. The US military should have been on high alert since the aircraft was entering Yokota airspace under the Japan-US Status of Forces Agreement. It was too late for Yokota Air Control to communicate with them about accepting an emergency landing at around 18:46. I heard that the residents around Yokota Air Base were informed that Flight 123 was out of control and would be forced to make an emergency landing at Yokota Air Base, so they should evacuate as far away as possible. This sudden event must have caused great confusion around Yokota Air Base. Flight 123 could have crashed and burned in a residential area. There was no guarantee that it would be safe. There was probably confusion within the base as well. Yokota Air Base is always the first landing point for the US president and important people visiting Japan, bypassing Haneda. Although it was officially communicated that it was possible to land, it may have buried many vehicles on the runway to prevent it from landing. For some reason, the Phantom aircraft following it urged it to relentlessly detour to the mountains. A secondary disaster caused by a forced landing comes to mind. I don't know if this is why the captain of Flight 123 said, "I'm not sure if this is going to work." There is a lot cut in the CVR, so it's difficult to tell what was going on before and after. It's highly likely that it was edited to make it difficult to tell. Therefore, it is only natural that there is a growing demand for original audio. Here, based on the publicly available voice recorder, I have decided to try to make a complete guess at the wording of the audio from the board, starting about 5 minutes before 18:24:12. Please note that this is merely speculation.

18:12 Take off from Haneda

18:20 Flight stable, seat off

18:21 Captain sees flying object. There is communication from Phantom approaching from upper right. "Missile misfire may affect Flight 123, or please be cautious of near misses."

18:22 In a tense situation, STW asks Captain, "A passenger has suddenly fainted and is vomiting blood. There is a doctor on board who wants to give him urgent medical help. Is that okay?"

Captain immediately informs STW. "Understood. We are currently in an emergency situation. Please tell the doctor on board that the aircraft may shake, so please be careful. Please support us together. Please guide the plane quickly. We don't know what will happen. Please be careful, both the doctor and you." (Audio cut: It's strange that the captain's voice is not there)

"Be careful (in an emergency) (co-pilot)"

"Then be careful (flight engineer)"

"Hurry up (co-pilot)" The tension between the crew and STW is gradually increasing.

18:23 Captain: "This might be a mess, let's wait and see what happens. If anything happens, send an emergency distress signal. We could lose control," co-pilot: "Let's do that," flight engineer: "Okay."

18:24:35 (Bang) Impact sound

※2/3 of the vertical stabilizer was destroyed and disappeared. It is still submerged at the bottom of Sagami Bay, but the Japanese government has not tried to pull it up. Why? 18:24:47 The captain announces, "This is bad, something's exploded." "I thought so. Let's send out the message." "Squawk 7700" (received by Tokyo ACC).

18:25:21 The captain "requests to return to Haneda." Reports a problem, requests to return to Haneda, descend, and requests to turn right. Tokyo ACC agrees. Preparations for emergency landing.

18:25:54 The chief purser makes an in-flight announcement to all STWs to prepare oxygen bottles.

18:27 The flight engineer informs the captain of the total loss of hydraulic pressure.

18:27:02 Tokyo ACC asks Flight 123 whether to declare an emergency, and Flight 123 declares it. Tokyo ACC informs JAL headquarters that an emergency signal has been sent.

18:31:02 Tokyo ACC proposes an emergency landing at Nagoya Airport, but the captain prefers Haneda Airport. Communication between the aircraft and the ground is primarily in English, but the captain is told, "From now on, you may speak in Japanese," and all communication thereafter is in Japanese.

18:35:33 In the public voice recorder, it is reported that the door of R5 is damaged, but in fact this was at 18:39, and it is possible that the audio has been changed during editing.

*From this point onwards, audio cuts of about 1 to 2 minutes can be seen in various places. Long periods of silence are very unnatural.

18:40 Making a sharp right turn at Otsuki, the aircraft flies over Lake Sagami. The plane heads for Yokota Air Base.

18:45:36: Yokota Air Base, which had been listening to the radio, begins to assist, but instructs JAL Flight 123 to switch to the US military frequency. The captain reports that JAL Flight 123 is out of control. However, this is too sudden and too late for Yokota Air Base to be prepared to make an emergency landing. It is reasonable to assume that this audio was recorded around 18:30. This audio may have been replaced during editing. JAL was still prepared to make a forced landing at Yokota, but there may have been confusion around Yokota Air Base as large-scale evacuation orders were issued. And at Yokota Air Base, Many vehicles are lined up on the runway, forcing Flight 123 to choose to avoid landing.


18:46 There is a large valley on the way to Yokota Air Base, over Lake Sagami, which is considered to be a good place to land, but around here, JAL Flight 123 shouts "It's a mountain" and "Lift your head", but this voice seems to be from just before the crash. It may have been replaced. The captain gives up on the landing. There is a background of "I don't know if this is a good idea". It is also possible to speculate that the captain gave up on the Yokota landing after receiving a message from a Phantom aircraft (JSDF or US military) that was following them, saying that the aircraft was on fire and that it was dangerous so they should turn towards the mountain. There are two questions here. One is that Yokota Air Traffic Control officially gave permission for JAL Flight 123 to make an emergency landing, but they also told Flight 123 that "Yokota is on alert". This was an implicit implication that a forced landing would not be accepted. Flight 123 must have instantly realized that Yokota Air Traffic Control had expressed concern about the damage to the runway and secondary damage. The second point is that Tokyo ACC was somehow communicating in English at this time, but Japanese communication had already been permitted at the time of squawk 77. It is very possible that the audio was fabricated and inserted.

From 18:47 onwards, the captain can be heard saying "We're done" and "Ahhh" while communicating with Tokyo ACC, but eyewitness testimony and major overseas newspapers at the time (in the US, Italy, and Brazil) reported that the aircraft was on fire, and while Flight 123 was relatively stable and was attempting an emergency landing on a plain in the mountains as a last resort, part of the engine was destroyed by someone (perhaps two Phantoms. There were witnesses, but even if that was the case, the motive is unknown).

18:56:28 - Crash. (May the souls of the deceased rest in peace! Uncovering the truth will bring some peace to the souls of the victims. We must not let this be forgotten.)

*There was communication from Yokota Air Traffic Control and Tokyo ACC before and after the crash, but it seems unnatural at this time of day. Doubts remain about the audio being switched.

1985年8月12日御巣鷹山の尾根で520名がJAL123便の航空機事故の犠牲者となった。外国人の犠牲者は22名にも及んだ。オリジナルのボイスレコーダーの音声全面開示がすべて解決してくれるだろうが未だにそれはなし得ていない。日本の政府が頑なに情報開示を拒んでいるからだ。理由はわからないが、日本の国内では司法の権力が行政の権力と結んで極秘事項の如く世の中に示そうとしない。外国人の遺族はどう思っているのだろうか。事故調査報告書が矛盾だらけで再調査は当然も厚い権力の壁に阻まれている。それ故、陰謀論が事実としてのポジションを得るのは時間の問題と考える。犠牲者の日本人遺族と外国人遺族は連携して完全なCVRの開示を世界で訴え、日本政府に外圧で解決するしか道はない。GHQの後継である日米合同委員会は月に2度会議が行われ議事内容は非公開です。事故当時でも日米で対応を協議していたに違いない。仮に戦闘機での日米共同訓練(極秘かもしれないが)が行われていた場合でもメディアでは公表できない。日米の訓練用パイロットが乗っていたファントムが2機行動していて、どちらかが誤射してしまったか、慣れない飛行で尾翼を掠めた可能性は極めて高い。横田空域では自衛隊のファントム機は飛行できない代わりに、横田基地からのファントム機が入れ替わりで不時着態勢にはいっていた123便を追尾する。もしくは自衛隊ファントム機が横田基地の了解を得て123便を追尾する。そういう状況下も十分に推測できる。横田空域でも米軍と自衛隊が共同で演習をしていれば治外法権の問題はなくなる。CVRでのJAL123便とファントム機との交信記録は必ず初期段階からあると見ている。おそらくCVR(コックピットボイスレコーダー)を今でも全面公開出来ない理由がそこにある。日本の司法当局は三権分立の責務を果たしていない。衝突事故(事件)の事情を共有しているコックピット3人への対処(第4エンジンへの機銃攻撃)と残された尾翼は何としても日米合同(もしくは自衛隊が証拠の隠滅のため)で回収しなければならない状況にあった。(メディアで公表される前に)墜落現場での不可解な空白の16時間の謎がこれで全て解ける。数々の加害側につく証言(反陰謀論)は忖度して真実を歪曲させた可能性はゼロではない。ボーイング社の調査が圧力隔壁のみであったのは合点がいかない。

JAL123便の事故調査報告書がすでに公開され事故原因も特定されていますが、CVR(コックピット・ボイス・レコーダー)の音声には半分ほどがカットされ不自然な箇所が多く真相解明には至っておりません。ご遺族がボイスレコーダー全面開示裁判では高裁の意味のわからない理由で控訴が棄却されました。CVRのオリジナルは国側の所有物で日航側に保管されているようです。世界の航空機事故では徹底した原因究明が施されていますが、ことJAL123便に関しては日航側と国側が頑なに真実の究明を拒んでいるのはなぜでしょうか。これでは陰謀論が独り歩きしても誰も文句は言えない。拒む側ではご遺族の前には真相は明かせない理由が必ず存在する。月に2回開催押される日米合同委員会の会議は超国家の位置づけで、彼らがその時どう動いたかは非公開だから知る由もない。それならば、外圧で外堀を埋めていくしかない。全世界のメディア(個人・団体)の後押しで日本の政府にボイスレコーダーの開示の請求をし、真相を解明するしかない。真相の源流には日米関係に重大な影響があるのかもしれない。当時の首相である中曽根氏が墓場までこの話は持っていくという程の重大な案件には間違いないだろうが、2025年で事故からまる40年となる。そろそろオリジナルのボイスレコーダー全面開示の解禁があってもおかしくない。日本政府は犠牲者や遺族にとっては今でも辛い日々を送られていることを肝に命じるべきである。真実にたどり着くには証拠の積み重ねが大事だが、内部告発・証言・目撃などでの状況証拠も見なければならない。その作られた証拠がCVRやフライトレコーダーと合致しなければ真相にはたどり着かない。カット・編集・捏造されたCVR(18時24分12秒 - 56分28秒までの32分16秒間)では航路との整合性を取るのには不十分。カットされた部分と18時24分12秒以前でのコックピット・STW・乗客とのやり取りはあったと推測する。18時24分35秒に機体に衝撃音が発生し機長は状況を吟味する間もなくスコーク77を発信している。操縦不能などの状況を確認する前に発信するのはあまりにも不自然に思える。18時24分にSTWがコックピットに「・・・たいとおっしゃる方がいらっしゃるんですが、よろしいでしょうか?」と伺いを立てている通話があるが、「気を付けて(副操縦士)」「じゃ気をつけて(航空機関士)」「手早く(副操縦士)」とSTW「はいありがとうございます」に伝えている。「気を付けてください」と航空機関士が念を押している。機長がスコーク77を発する予感がSTWの通話の前からあったという推測も成り立つ。18時12分に離陸して8分後JAL123便の飛行が安定して座席ベルトのオフがあったが、機長やSTW、乗客の一部がJAL123便に高速で向かってくる飛翔体(ファントム機からの演習用のミサイルか、高速の戦闘機そのもの)を目視したので、機長は念のため非常事態に備え座席ベルトオンの周知。スコーク77がいつでも発せられるようにしていたにちがいない。横田空域付近のファントム機からの誤射による垂直尾翼への衝突音が最も可能性が高い。ファントム機側とJAL123便が幾度も緊急交信した可能性がある。早い段階で横田基地との交信もあったはずです。日米地位協定による横田空域に入るのだから米軍もかなり警戒しているはずだ。横田管制が18時46分あたりで緊急着陸受け入れの交信ではあまりにも遅すぎる。横田基地周辺の住民には123便が操縦不能のため、横田基地に緊急強制着陸するため、できるだけ遠くに避難するよう通達があったと聞いている。突然の出来事で横田基地周辺では大混乱したと思われる。123便が住宅街で墜落炎上もあり得るからだ。大丈夫だという保証はどこにもない。おそらく、基地内でも混乱していたと思われる。横田基地は米国大統領や要人が羽田をスルーして訪日時には最初に必ず着陸する。表向きは着陸可能と交信はしたが着陸出来ないように滑走路に多くの車両を埋めたのかもしれない。追尾しているファントム機からはどういう理由か執拗な山への迂回を促されている。強行不時着での二次災害が脳裏に浮かぶ。123便の機長は「これはだめかもわからんね」と言ったのもこのことからかどうかはわからない。CVRではだいぶカットされていて時間の前後が掴めない。掴めないように編集された可能性は高い。故にオリジナル音声へのこだわりが高まるのは当然でしょう。ここでは、公開されているボイスレコーダーをもとに、18時24分12秒以前の5分前あたりからの、完全推定板の音声の文言を試みることにしました。あくまで、推理ですのでご了承ください。




18時12分 羽田離陸

18時20分 安定飛行 座席シートオフ

18時21分 機長が飛翔体を目視。右上方向から近づいてくるファントム機からの交信あり。「ミサイル誤射により123便への影響あり、または機体のニアミスも警戒されたし」という。

18時22分 緊張状態の中STWが機長に、「お客様が突然失神されて血を吐いておられます。ご搭乗中の医師の方が至急その方を救護したいとおっしゃる方がいらっしゃるんですが、よろしいでしょうか?」と伺いを立てる。

機長が即座にSTWに伝える。「了解しました。ただ今は非常事態の状況です。ご搭乗の医師の方には機体の揺れがあるかもしれないので、慎重にお願いしますとお伝え下さい。あなたも一緒に支援してください。素早く誘導してください。いま何が起こるかわからない。医師のお客様もあなたも気を付けてください」(音声カット:機長の声がないのはおかしい)

「(非常事態に)気を付けて(副操縦士)」

「じゃ気をつけて(航空機関士)」

「手早く(副操縦士)」というクルーとSTWの緊張感が次第に強まっている。

18時23分 機長が、「こりゃ、カスるかもしれんな、どうなるか静観しよう。なにかあったら緊急救難信号だ。操縦不能もあり得るからな」、副操縦士が「そうしましょう」、航空機関士が「わかりました」

18時24分35秒 (バーン)衝撃音

※垂直尾翼の2/3が破壊されて消失。相模湾の海底に今でも沈んでいるが、日本政府は引き上げようともしない。なぜなのか。

18時24分47秒 機長が、「まずい、なにか爆発したぞ」「やっぱりだ。よし発信するぞ」「スコーク7700」(東京ACCに受信される)

18時25分21秒 機長が「羽田に引き返すことを要求」トラブル発生連絡と羽田帰還、降下の要求、右旋回を希望、東京ACCは了承。緊急着陸の準備。

18時25分54秒 チーフパーサーがSTW全員に機内アナウンスで酸素ボトル用意の指示。

18時27分 航空機関士が全油圧消失(ハイドロプレッシャーオールロス」を機長に告げる。

18時27分2秒 東京ACCから123便に緊急事態を宣言するか確認、123便から宣言。東京ACCからJAL本社に緊急信号の発信が伝えられる。

(1分30秒ほどコックピットの音声カット)

※この間にファントム機か横田管制との交信があった可能性がある。

18時28分31秒 機長の「アンコントロール(操縦不能)」の応答があった。

※この間に再度ファントム機か横田管制との交信があった可能性がある。

18時31分2秒 東京ACCが名古屋空港への緊急着陸提案も機長は羽田空港を希望している。航空機と地上との交信は基本英語だが、「これからは日本語で話していただいて結構ですから」と言われ、その後はすべて日本語で対応。

18時35分33秒 公開ボイスレコーダーではR5のドアが破損していると連絡があったが、実際には18時39分であり、編集で音声が変えられている可能性がある。

※以後全般的に1分から2分くらいの音声カットが所々に見受けられる。長い無音は実に不自然である。

18時40分 大月で急な右旋回をしながら、相模湖上空を通り横田基地へむかう。

(5分間音声カット。飛行が比較的安定している)

18時45分36秒 無線を傍受していた横田基地が支援に乗り出すが123便に米軍の周波数に変えるよう指示。機長はJAL123便が操縦不能と伝える。しかし、横田基地が緊急着陸の用意があるというのには、この時間帯ではあまりに急で遅すぎる。この音声は18時30分ごろと思うのが妥当である。この音声は編集で入れ替わった可能性がある。JALはあくまで横田に強制着陸の構えだったが、横田基地周辺では大規模な非難指示がだされ混乱していたのかもしれない。そして、横田基地の滑走路では多くの車両が並べられ123便は着陸回避の選択を迫られる。

18時46分 相模湖上空を通り横田基地までは大きな谷間があり着陸には好都合とされたが、このあたりでJAL123便は「山だ」「あたま上げろ」などと叫んでいるがこの音声は墜落直前の音声と見受けられる。差し替えられた可能性がある。機長は、着陸を諦める。「こりゃ駄目かもわからんね」といった背景がそこにある。追尾していたファントム機(自衛隊か米軍か)からの伝言で機体から火がでている、危険だから山の方角に旋回して、と言われ機長が横田着陸を断念したという憶測も成り立つ。ここで疑問点が二つある。一つは横田管制が表向きはJAL123便の緊急着陸の許可を出したというが、「横田は警戒しています」ということも123便に発している。これは暗に強制着陸は受け入れられないというニュアンスだったのではないかと。横田管制が滑走路の損傷と二次被害への懸念を示したことを123便は瞬時に察したものと思われる。二つ目は東京ACCがこの時間帯で何故か英語の交信をしている場面があるが、すでに日本語での交信はスコーク77の時点で許可していることだ。音声の捏造挿入も大いにあり得る。

18時47分以降 機長が東京ACCと交信中に「やられた」とか「ああっ」という音声があるが、目撃者の証言や海外の当時の大新聞(米国・伊太利亜・ブラジル)では機体から火が出ているという報道もあり、比較的安定していた123便が最後の望みとして山間部の平地に不時着を試みる最中に、エンジンの一部が何者かに破壊され(2機のファントムか。目撃者もいるがそうだとしても動機がわからない)たようだ。

18時56分28秒 墜落。(御冥福を祈る!真実の究明で犠牲者の御霊も少しは浮かばれる。風化させてはいけない)

※墜落前後にも横田管制や東京ACCからの交信があるが、この時間帯では不自然だ。音声入れ替えの疑義は残る。
