"Cover job, Technically, Team Otani's dots and lines."

Even if you are not a fan of Mr. Otani, you are concerned about what will happen to the Suwon Interpreter's illegal gambling, theft, and remittance scandal. So far, Otani-dono's innocence has been proven, but on the other hand, there are some in America and Canada who advocate the theory that Otani is the culprit. There is a conspiracy theory that Mizuhara-dono was sacrificed in Otani-dono's place. The truth is, I don't really understand why MLB either covered it up behind their backs or shifted their responsibility to theft. Lord Oyagata has more faith in Lord Otani than anything else. The residents of Kasugayama Castle are also here. However, even with that being said, there are many things that don't make sense.

Bookmaker head Matthew Bowyer's comment about a Covber job (replacement) and Mizuhara's email exchange called Technically have been made public, but anti-Otani people refuse to acknowledge Otani's innocence. Isn't Said escalating the criticism with conspiracy theories?

★Question No. 1

Team Otani (accountant, financial officer, accountant, etc.) led by his agent Nez Valero should have been thoroughly managing Otani-dono's account, but Mizuhara-dono is unable to reveal the account for private reasons. Why didn't Otani-dono choose a Japanese bank when he opened an account in America? If a Japanese bank had shared security information with agents, professional accountants, financial planners, and accountants, instead of relying on an interpreter, incidents like this could have been avoided.

If Otani-dono had stayed with the Angels, his earnings in MLB would have been completely diverted to Mizuhara Interpretation-dono. However, Otani-dono joined the Dodgers. It was a contract worth over 100 billion yen, and most of the payments were to be received for a period of 10 years. 水原通訳殿の違法賭博窃盗送金騒動では大谷殿のファンでなくてもその行方が気になっておるようじゃ。今のところ大谷殿の潔白が証明されておるということじゃが、一方では亜米利加国内では、大谷主犯説を唱える者もおる。水原殿は大谷殿の身代わりで生け贄にされたという陰謀論でござる。MLBは背後でもみ消したとか肩代わりを窃盗という形に転嫁したとかで実のところ拙者もよくわからんのでござる。お屋形様は大谷殿を事の他信じておる。春日山城下の領民もでござる。しかし、そうはいっても合点のいかぬ事も多々ござる。

ブックメーカーの胴元マシュー・ボウヤー氏のCovber job(肩代わり)という発言と水原殿のTechnically(厳密に言うと)というメールでのやりとりが公表されたが、大谷選手の潔白性を認めようとしないアンチ大谷サイドは陰謀論で批判をさらにエスカレートさせているというではないか。

★疑問点其の一

代理人であるネズ・バレロ率いるチーム大谷（会計士・財務担当・経理担当など）は大谷殿の口座の管理を徹底化していたはずでござるが、水原殿が口座の公表をプライベートな理由で明かせないとか、病気で来られないとかという理由で断っていたと言うではないか。何年も前からではござらぬか。確定申告はどうしてやったのかは分からぬが、チーム大谷の面々は何故水原殿に毅然と口座の明示を要求しなかったのか。其の理由が分からぬ。明示させておけば事件は防げたはずでござる。

★疑問点其の二

水原殿とボーヤー氏のメールのやりとりの中で、Cover job（肩代わり）とtechnically(厳密に言うと)の言葉が注目されておる。ボーヤー氏は水原殿に君は盗んではいない。肩代わりしてもらってるんだろう、と言うと、水原殿は厳密に言うと自分が盗んだと返信している。厳密でなければどういう可能性があるのか考えて見ると、たしかに捜査ではメール上では大谷殿が送金に関わっている証拠がないとされてはおるが、対面やマイノリティな通信手段での相互コミュニケーションは全くあり得ないわけではないと言う見方も存在する。そうすると大谷殿の白はグレーになる事もあり得る。厳密でない場合はいくらでも考えられる。technically(厳密に言うと)は大谷ファンからすると誤解されやすい言葉でござる。

★疑問点其の三

大谷殿は自分の口座の確認（ログイン）を何年もしていなかったのだろうか。そうでなくてもチーム大谷の会計責任者から多額の送金が分かれば連絡は行くはずでござる。水原殿が十回近くも多額の送金を同じ手口でやったのにはやはり無理があるのではなかろうか。第三者の介入はあるのかないのかも知りたいものじゃ

 

★疑問点其の四

大谷殿は亜米利加の地で口座を開設するにあたり、なぜ日系の銀行を選ばなかったのでござろうか。日系の銀行なら通訳の世話にならずとも、代理人や専門の会計士・財務担当プランナー・経理担当者らと共にセキュリティ情報を共有すれば、今回のような事件は回避されたはずじゃ。

エンゼルスに大谷殿がもし留まっていたならば、MLBでの稼ぎは根こそぎ水原通訳殿に迂回していたであろう。ところが、大谷殿はドジャースに入団された。それも一千億円超の契約で受け取りは殆どが十年後から十年間受け取るというものじゃった。今後十年間のドジャースからの給与は三億円ほどになるので、水原殿はあてが外れたであろう。これには相当焦ったはずでござる。賭ける運用の金子が消えたからでござる。大谷殿は賢明でござったが、いくら口座にログインしていなかったとしても、金子の多い少ないはチーム大谷から逐一知らされていたのであろうから、おそらく、水原殿の違法賭博を存じていなくても、何故口座の残高が不自然に少なくなっていたかは存じていたに違いない。なんとなく会計担当者からの連絡は当然ながら入っていたはずでござる。そこで天性の勘で十年間の受け取りを避けた行動に出たのやもしれぬ。想像でしかござらぬが。

 

この四つの疑問が解かれない限り拙者には合点がいかぬのでござる。
